Delivery time: We aim to deliver your order within 3-7 business days to main cities in South Africa, such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, and Port Elizabeth. Delivery may take longer to outlying areas in South Africa, depending on the courier’s service and availability. We will notify you of any delays or issues that may affect your delivery time.
Delivery cost: We charge a flat rate of R 120 for delivery to any address in South Africa. We offer free delivery for orders over R2 000. Delivery cost is calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process.
Delivery address: You must provide a valid and complete delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any errors, losses, or damages caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses. You must also ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for your order at the delivery address. We are not liable for any delays, losses, or damages caused by unattended or refused deliveries.
Delivery inspection: You must inspect your order upon delivery and report any defects, damages, or discrepancies to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
